Primo episodio dei F4 del dopo-Kirby affidato in temporanea transizione ad uno spaesato ed incertissimo Romita Senior : meno male che per confondere e agitare un pò le acque si pesca sempre il solito onnipresente principe Namor che ancora una volta sale dagli abissi fino ad emergere in superficie per fare gavettoni e dispetti al celebre team di supereroi ancora allargato per l’ innesto della bella e smutantata Crystal, pur se ormai relegata sempre più a mere particine di comparsa oltre che a ravvivare nell’ intimità la fiamma del focoso e mai spento Johnny Storm.
Contiene inoltre : PRINCIPE NAMOR THE SUB-MARINER – CAPITAN MARVEL (che nel suo secondo capitolo del ciclo della THANOS WAR si appresta a ricevere la visita non proprio di cortesia di un Ben Grimm alias LA COSA molto nervoso dopo che nell’ episodio di poche pagine prima con i F4 ha appena finito di fare a botte con Namor e ne ha pure buscate)

Synopsis
Continuing to manipulate the Namor’s aggression towards the surface world by using his magnetic powers to make it appear as though the surface world is attacking, Magneto convinces Namor to strike at the surface world in person.
While in New York, the President asks the Fantastic Four to try and stop Namor before things go to far. As Reed, Ben and Johnny travel to the ocean to try and convince Namor to stop fighting, Sue travels to Whisper Hill to drop off Franklin at Agatha Harkness’ home. While Magneto uses his magnetic powers to make it appear as though the FF attacked Namor, causing both sides to quarrel, he also kidnaps Sue and Lady Dorma, and commandeers the Atlantean army.
When Reed, Ben, Johnny and Namor are informed of Magneto’s treachery, they enter the control room to find Magneto on the monitor showing off his hostages. Magneto then demands all present to bow down to him, for fear of death of their loved ones.

Synopsis
Unable to find any trace of Llyra, Namor makes his way to New York City and decides to take over a small prison island in New York harbor. Unfortunately, the authorities aren’t too pleased with having Namor so close and demand that he leave. When Namor refuses, the authorities call on the army to attack Namor while an underwater demolition team destroys the island. Namor leaves in frustration ignoring Diane Arliss who tries to tell him that his father may actually be alive.

Synopsis
Captain Marvel enters Lou-Ann‘s apartment to ask her why she betrayed he and Rick Jones (last issue). Lou-Ann then tells him a story about Titan and Thanos and his army of aliens warriors. She also tells about the mind controller device that Thanos installed in some of the most importants men on Earth to conquer it, including Lou-Ann herself, and she attacks Marvel with a ray-gun. Meanwhile at some place of the Universe, the Super-Skrull and Skragg are watching everything and controlling Lou-Ann moviments and words. It is then revealed that Thanos is the Master behind the Skrulls. He sends the Super-Skrull disguised as Human Torch to attack the Thing. He send Thing to a place, the same adress where Lou-Ann send Rick Jones.
