Synopsis
Although offered a membership with the Fantastic Four, Crystal must
return to her fellow Inhumans and ask for permission to act as a member
of the group.
Transported to the Hidden Land by Lockjaw, an army of
Alpha Primitives appear in their place, attacking Reed, Johnny and Ben.
While in the Hidden Land, Crystal is taken prisoner by Maximus
who has taken over the Hidden Land and made the royal family his
prisoners.
When Reed, Johnny and Ben fight off the Alphas and fly to the
Hidden Land themselves, they are attacked by Maximus’ android creation
Zorr and are easily defeated.
With nobody to oppose him, Maximus reveals his plan to use a
giant hypno-gun to make the entire population of Earth his loyal slaves.
Notes
- The Invisible Girl is absent in this issue as she is on maternity leave after giving birth to her son in Fantastic Four Annual #6 (in last italian issue).
- Attilan was rebuilt in Incredible Hulk Special #1 (in Italy in FFO Marv.Italia # 3) after it was decimated by Black Bolt’s voice to shatter the Negative Zone Barrier from around it in Fantastic Four #59 (in Italy in F4C #56), this barrier was placed by his brother Maximus in Fantastic Four #48 (in Italy in F4C #44).

Synopsis
In an elaborate scheme of the Skrulls and their mysterious Masterlord, Super-Skrull and Kl’rt, Rick Jones is framed for the murder of Dr. Benjamin Savannah and broguth to a run down police precinct.
Using Super-Skrulls invisibility as well as other Skrull technology, Mar-Vell adn Rick are led to believe that many of his long-time friends and foes have returned and are attacking him. Rick and Mar-Vell identify the ruse, and Mar-Vell attacks the Skrulls. The building collapses in the battle and the Skrulls escape.
Notes
- This is the first issue of Captain Marvel by artist Jim Starlin. Starlin will draw and also plot a great deal of this classic story arc now known as “The Thanos War (Captain Marvel #25 through Captain Marvel #33).
