nell’ episodio principale i protagonisti sono I VENDICATORI che, neanche il tempo di seppellire il feretro dello Spadaccino morto nell’ episodio precedente, devono correre subito tra i vietcong a rintuzzare la minaccia di un nuovo vergognoso trio di mascalzoni associati (I TITANICI TRE) e di un altro ignobile lazzarone autonomo (LO SQUARCIATORE)
ALL’ INTERNO : comincia la saga del demoniaco bipolare
FIGLIO DI SATANA DAIMON HELLSTROM che raccoglie direttamente il tizzone testimoniale del circo infernale dall’ altro centauro saltimbanco invasato Ghost Rider, che dopo avere affrontato e sgominato più volte lui e tutta la sua famiglia*, stavolta gli firma la liberatoria e gli redige e firma anche una raccomandazione scritta (col sangue, naturalmente…)
*le vicende precedenti sono state pubblicate nella fascia finale di DEVIL Corno a partire dal n.105, anche la storia di questo numero era già apparsa sul n.116

Synopsis
Following the events of Giant Size Avengers #2
the Avengers have taken the body of the Swordsman and brought it to
Viet Nam to be buried in the ruins of the Priests of Pama. There the
group runs into three of their old foes: Radioactive Man, Titanium Man,
and the Crimson Dynamo, who have been brought togeather by the
Vietnamese government to form a supergroup called the Titanic Three.
Battling the three villains, Iron Man and Thor come to blows over the
politics of the Titanic Three’s status as a hero group. However, the two
groups eventually agree to leave each other alone unless the Avengers
cause more trouble.
A costumed crook named the Slasher gets wind of this, and uses
tensions and his own diamond theft to trick the Titanic Three into
attacking the Avengers once more. The two groups clash until it becomes
apparent that Slasher was the real jewel thief, and the Titanic Three
leaves his fate to the Avengers before departing.
Notes
- Titanium Man last appeared in Iron Man 22 (in Italy on DEVIL Corno # 112), he will next appear in Iron Man 73 and 74 (in Italy on URC # 171-172).
- Radioactive Man previously appeared in Avengers #83(in Italy on THC # 97). He will appear next in Iron Man #74(in Italy on URC # 172).

Synopsis
Freeing Daimon Hellstrom from his self imposed emprisonment, Sam
Silvercloud and Snake Dance are surprised to find Daimon in his Son of
Satan identity. Summoning his chariot, Son of Satan then seeks out Witch
Woman and Ghost Rider. Tracking down Roxanne Simpson, he saves her
momentarily from the Ruthless Riders and their leader Big Daddy Dawson,
but leaves her to her own fate when she doesn’t know what happened to
those he seeks.
Traveling to Hell, Son of Satan is attacked by his fathers
minions, however Son of Satan manages to fight off the demons, and save
Ghost Rider and Witch Woman and return them to Earth’s dimension, there
Son of Satan leaves the two to seek out their own fate, flying off into
the sky on his chariot.
